Reviews help evaluate how well you understand and apply what you have learned throughout each course, while also giving you a chance to reflect on your own progress. This guide explains how reviews work, what is expected from you, how grading, deadlines and retakes are handled and how Maestro ensures fairness and academic integrity.

Academic expectations

During each review, you are expected to work independently and demonstrate your own understanding of the material. The purpose of the review is to evaluate your personal mastery of the concepts taught in the course.

Please keep academic integrity at the center of your work. Collaboration with others, using AI tools, search engines, or external websites during reviews is not allowed unless explicitly stated otherwise. Honest work ensures that your learning and your credential reflect your true skills.

Schedule

Reviews are available in the "Learn" tab after completing the lessons of each week. All reviews should be completed by the end of the term to ensure course completion.

How reviews work

Each week includes lessons and ends with a review. Reviews are cumulative—they cover material from that week along with key concepts from earlier weeks. Each week's review unlocks after you complete all lessons in that week. You move forward after passing or submitting for grading, depending on the review type.
