Purpose of This Code of Conduct
Maestro is built on the idea that every student deserves a space where they feel safe, respected, and welcome - regardless of age, gender identity, ethnicity, level of experience, education, socio-economic status, nationality, race, religion, or sexual identity and orientation.
This Code of Conduct exists to protect that. It sets clear expectations for how we treat each other so that our community stays open, inclusive, and supportive - a place where every student can thrive.
Our Guiding Principles
- Inclusivity: Every Maestro student deserves to feel welcome - regardless of their background, identity, experience level, or where they are in their studies. As an Ambassador, you set the tone.
- Respect: Treat every student the way you'd want to be treated. Listen before you respond. Disagree without being dismissive. Respect people's time, boundaries, and opinions.
- Integrity: Be honest, be genuine, and represent Maestro with care. Whether you're hosting an event or chatting with a fellow student, show up as someone the community can trust.
- Community: We grow together, not alone. Look out for each other, celebrate wins, and show up for fellow students. The strongest communities are the ones where no one gets left behind.
Behaviors We Value
